Complete Projects

South Bay EDC Inc. has just finished a multi-street reconstruction project, from sub-grade to wearing course. They were professional and proactive to work with. There were only changes due to unforeseen site conditions. They turned in all submittals in a timely manner. They were responsive to all of the base activities that occurred while we were under construction. When unforeseen site conditions appeared they were knowledgeable and proactive at resolving the issues and keeping the project moving forward. I hope to work with South Bay EDC again on more of my horizontal contracts.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend South Bay EDC, Inc. for their outstanding performance while acting as Project manager, Superintendent, and Alternate Contractor Quality Control manager on the $5.4 million Live Fire Survivability and Test Evaluation Complex project. Your attention to details, technical knowledge, and dedication have been instrumental in ensuring a top quality job. Worthy of note is you continuous emphasis on safety and quality that have resulted in an accident-free safety record and the zero defect quality achieved to date on the project.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division takes pleasure in presenting a Team Award to South Bay EDC, Inc. for the significant contributions made to the Land Range Remote Instruction Centralization Project. This project consolidated and centralized radar, telemetry, and GPS operations from manned remote sites through the North Range and Echo Range into one central location. On Behalf of the NAVAR Ranges Department, this award is presented in recognition of your professional contributions, personal dedication and "can do" spirit on this project and its resulting contributions to the organizations and the Warfighter.
